Guacira-Newman Rugai

With over 40 years of solid experience in marketing, communication, and project management, Guacira has built her career by working directly on the development and execution of strategies focused on visibility, positioning, and business growth. Throughout her career, she has worked with small, medium, and large companies across the industrial, commercial, and service sectors, collaborating with Brazilian, American, and European organizations. This diverse background, combined with her experience living and working in Brazil and Italy, provides a broad understanding of different markets, cultures, and communication styles, allowing her to adapt strategies precisely to each type of client and audience.

During her career, she has led national and international projects, including the organization of events, conferences, and product launches, as well as the management of marketing campaigns, sales teams, and promotional operations. Her hands-on experience in strategic planning, development of commercial materials, and market analysis enables her to clearly understand the real needs of small businesses and independent professionals.

Since 2014, she has focused her work on the digital environment, specializing in social media management, creation and growth of YouTube channels, content production, live streaming, and the development of online courses and digital products. Her ability to transform knowledge into clear, structured, and accessible content, combined with her multilingual expertise, allows her to offer practical, results-driven solutions, helping clients position themselves with greater clarity, consistency, and confidence in the digital space.

Gianluca Mario Ghisleni

Gianluca is Italian, an electro-electronics specialist and programmer, and speaks Italian, Portuguese, and English. He has over 10 years of experience in digital traffic management, with strategic expertise in the creation, execution, and optimization of paid campaigns on platforms such as Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram), Google Ads, and YouTube.

Throughout his career, he has developed strong expertise in audience targeting, data analysis, conversion funnel design, and budget management, always focused on maximizing return on investment (ROI). His work ranges from strategic campaign planning to continuous performance monitoring, A/B testing, creative optimization, and data-driven adjustments.

Gianluca also has experience in integrating campaigns with sales pages, websites, and content strategies, ensuring consistency between traffic, communication, and conversion.

With strong analytical skills and a results-oriented mindset, he contributes directly to sustainable business growth, helping companies attract the right audience, increase visibility, and convert traffic into real customers.

In addition to his work in digital strategy and traffic management, he has over 15 years of experience in industrial programming and embedded systems. This unique background allows Visibility4all to offer specialized technical solutions for complex environments.
